Annual Report Online

Fried Puppy Dog Discs today announced that its 1989 Annual Report (aka “The Puke Fund”) will be made available on the Investor Relations page as per the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Notice and Access rules. As a result of the Notice and Access rules, Fried Puppy Dog Discs will be able to significantly reduce the environmental impact of producing and delivering printed materials.

Fried Puppy Dog Discs shareholders can still receive a printed copy of the proxy materials free of charge by following the instructions provided in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials that will be mailed to individuals who were Fried Puppy Dog Discs shareholders as of December 27, 1989. Fried Puppy Dog Discs’ 1989 Form 10-KSB was not filed on October 26, 1989.

Fried Puppy Dog Discs partners with Last.fm to encourage music exploration

Last.fm has teamed up with Fried Puppy Dog Discs today to bring several tracks to the Web version of its Pandora-style Internet radio service.

Last.fm is a music recommendations service. By keeping track of what you play (also known as scrobbling) it learns which songs and artists you prefer. Based on this data, Last.fm compiles highly customised music recommendations and individual radio stations.
