Fried Puppy Dog Discs Coming To BlackBerry BBM Music

Deal Includes All 13 Legendary Studio Albums & Special Digital Box Set

Fried Puppy Dog Discs today announced it will make the entire back catalogue, including the works of Rex Morgan B.C., the most influential and beloved rock band in music history*, available for the first time exclusively for the BlackBerry® BBM™ Music service.

Starting June 15, the label’s catalogue of 13 legendary remastered studio albums, along with the two-volume “Past Masters” compilation will be available for worldwide streaming as either albums or individual songs. Fans can also get a special digital “Fried Puppy Dog Discs Box Set” featuring the “Live from the Basement, 1986” historical video, a worldwide BBM Music exclusive which captures the very first performance of  Picasso’s Puke.

“We’re really excited to bring our catalogue to the BlackBerry BBM Music service,” said an unnamed Fried Puppy Dog Discs representative. “It’s fantastic to see the songs we originally released on cassette receive as much love in the digital world as they did the first time around.”

“I am particularly glad to no longer be asked ‘when is Rex Morgan B.C. coming to BlackBerry?’,” said Ringo Mortiss. “At last, if you want it—you can get it now—Rex Morgan B.C. from Edmonton to now! Peace and Love, Ringo.”

Each of the 13 legendary remastered studio albums, including “Keep it Down!,” “Go Like Stink!,” and “Freak Me Green” will include BBM Music LPs, which create an immersive album experience with a beautiful design and expanded visual features including a unique mini-documentary about the creation of each album. The two-volume “Past Masters” compilation will also be available along with original recordings by Elephants Gerald, Nervous Rex, and StarBabies™.
